Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bicycles are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include basic tools and a guide, but recommend professional assembly for optimal safety.
What is your return policy for cycling gear and bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden or modified are not eligible for a full refund.
Do your frames come with a warranty?
Yes, all Sgvbicycles frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like tires, chains, and brake pads are considered wear-and-tear items and are covered for 90 days.
How do I determine the right bike size for me?
We provide a detailed size chart on each product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
